Synopsis:
He wrote of Tom Sawyer’s adventures.  And of Huck Finn’s.  And then there was the adventure Mark Twain and millions of fellow citizens lived – the adventure of life in a country bursting its britches with innovation and drive.  The Mississippi riverboat, Virginia & Truckee Railroad and swirling combat of the Civil War are all part of Mark Twain’s journey of time and place.
