Synopsis: Royal Caribbean International’s newest cruise ship is the Biggest ship ever! Oasis of the Seas is the largest cruise ship in the world at 240,00 square feet. 5,400 passengers board the ship while 5,400 passengers sadly leave the ship heading home for a total of 10,800 people disembarking and boarding just one ship in about 8-9 hours. This NGC special documents the ship’s construction from concept through construction in Finland’s shipyard to it’s arrival in Florida for it’s maiden voyage.
